Appearance: To sum it up...<br /><br />Light green coat, Aqua mane and tail, green eyes and decently sized wings.

Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is among a standard cutie mark for the Pegasi. Frigid Light helps out with the weather in Equestria by bringing the cold breezes of fall and winter through the land. The cutie mark is a picture of a rain cloud with water droplets.

Personality: Frigid is a caring but crazy friend to have, and she can always cheer somepony up. In her free time, she plays her shiny alto saxophone as a form of steam to let off. Other times she hangs out with her friends around the shoppes and relaxing about.

Backstory: When Frigid Splash was born, her father had been ill and passed when she was three. She lived with her mother until she was old enough to move out and journeyed from Canterlot to Ponyville, where she could earn money and meet others where she was unable to in Canterlot.
