Appearance: Fur color is purple. Base of tail and mane are frozen with flame coming out of it. Red eyes<br /><br />His hair is not normally on fire or frozen, these are simply a result of him using his power.

Cutie Mark: A heart crossed with flame and ice.

Personality: Has a slight bi polar disorder. Most of the time he is a pretty laid back pony. Cool calm and collected. But occasionally, he gets ourbursts, which he will get angry for no reason. It is unknown what sets these off.

Backstory: FrostNova was born to two of Celestia's court mages. Fyrefly and Frozone. Both come from a long line of elemental mages. Frozone was a cryomancer and Fyrefly a pyromancer. Generations ago, before Celestia the two tribes were enemies, but they made their peace when Celestia became princess. However old habits die hard, as the two clans held grudges and just stayed away from each other. As they say, time heals all wounds. And the current heads of the households, Fyrefly and Frozone eventually talked to each other and found that they had a lot in common. Both were masters of their craft and loved performing various duties for their leige. Fyrefly would make fireworks and Frozone would create ice sculptures. Eventually they fell in love and got married. They say that Frostnova was born in a flash of heat and cold. The blood of the pyro and the cryo mancers flowed freely through the young colt's veins without control. Celestia herself needed to keep an eye on him to stop him from destroying canterlot. With her and his parents guidence, FrostNova learned to control his powers, it wasnt long before his cutie mark appeared. His mastery of flame and ice was great that he was taking classes at canterlot university at a young age of 10. After 14 years of study, he has left school to go out into the world.
