Personality: Rarely in a bad mood, always outgoing and energetic, smart, likes to make friends. Doesn't like be be around crowds of ponies. Also likes to make mini snow storms.

Backstory: Born in Canterlot, he decided to move to Ponyville because there was less ponies there. He grew up in an orphanage when his parents died in a train crash.
