Cutie Mark: Ok there's no cutie mark because it would make him look bad on this because it would have a white background but anyhow it would be an electric balloon represnting funness(balloon) and sparkyness in the name so a lighting bolt balloon.

Personality: He is really fun and upbeat, also wild at times but still not out of control just likes to be fun and cause the fun. Also kind of weird at times but in a good way of course. He's also usually positive.

Backstory: This character used to be completely out of control however with help from Twilight could control the energy in him, then one day when there was a giant video game convention he went with his friend wildgamer and then did a nuzlocke ending up with electric types only and still being fun that's how he earned his cutie mark.
