Appearance: He wears a formal suit most of the time, he has a monocle, a top hat, a fancy stick, he has a blue mane and tail, he is a bit tall, probably the same size as Luna and he has 1 left green eye and 1 dull right eye (that's where the monocle is)

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a monocle like device, almost like a telescope. He got his cutie mark after his eye incident, nopony saw the event and even he doesn't remember what happened to him. Little is know about the cutie mark but he describes it as his "vision" of truth

Personality: He is a rich and very wealthy person, he doesn't talk too much and he is mysterious most of the time, nopony knows what he does.

Backstory: In the late 1998, when he was just 7 years old, his parents weren't really there for him most of the time, he would rely on his teachers and friends for support, he even has his own foster family. His parents are still alive but in a critical condition at the hospital because of a stroke they both had at the same TIME, 1:23PM. He still loved his parents so he studied hard and became wealthy in the end. The eye incident happened when he was 10 in 2001. He doesn't remember anything about what happened but all he knows is that he saw a light, that only shined on his right eye but his left eye didn't get affected, the doctor's most possible theory is that he was blinded by some of the local kids in his town, but the other doctors were also amazed on how it became permanent to his eye, not to mention that the neighborhood was inspected but not a single evidence of a child with a flashlight to be found and the other doctors say it was IMPOSSIBLE for a flashlight to just instantly blind him. Doctors try to operate the eye but they had a sense of feel saying that they shouldn't even touch the eye at all. It was never recovered until this day but he is alright with it.
