Backstory: Life has treated Gordon well in Black Mesa. Until the facility was destroyed by the Combine, that is.<br /><br />Gordon has been working for Black Mesa science innovators for years, and now he has become a sort of CDC, destroying all toxic monsters and rescuing those in peril.
