Personality: Green Bolt loves annoying people with her powers. She is heavily based on Bill, which makes her follow his behavior. The only difference between Bill and Green Bolt is that Green Bolt doesn't plan on taking over the world; she just wants to have fun tricking or helping people.

Backstory: Green Bolt was pretty much a normal human being until she realized her powers at the age of ten. She then used those powers to travel to any dimension she wanted. She hung out in a lot of dimensions, but Jump City (TTG), Gravity Falls, and Equestria were her ideal places. She later "betrayed" her friends there and instead joined Bill Cipher.<br /><br />Everyone learned of what Green Bolt did and immediately blamed Bill for it, even though Green Bolt let herself join. Even though she was now on the dark side, she still helps her old friends. Now she's both on the good and bad side (Kinda like Deadpool, eh?).
