Backstory: Born to middle class parents, Greyy lived a relatively sheltered life. His parents wanted him to become a writer. Greyy instead wanted to be a musician. After he earned his cutie mark, he was disowned by his parents, contributing much to his cynical personality. He drifted around around Equestria, earning his living through playing gigs whenever he could find one. Eventually,he ends up in Ponyville.
