Personality: Due to his entire existence being dependant on it, Havoc relishes in causing chaos. However unlike Discord, Havoc is perfectly fine if no one is aware that he is the cause of said chaos. He uses others to accomplish his goals and only really does things himself if he himself is the only one capable of doing it. He has an intense dislike of Princess Celestia. When on his good side, he is incredibly civil and soft spoken and even against his enemies he tends to remain calm as if he always has the upper hand. However if completely backed into a corner he will fly into a rage and use all his power to eliminate the source of his problem.

Backstory: An incomplete remnant of the god Chaos, Havoc is a Draconequus whose existence is one of constant ebb and flow. In his corporeal form, he is constantly burning energy to maintain himself. Although he has created a cloak and mask which greatly helps with his energy burn problem but at the same heavily restricts his power. As a remnant of Chaos, Havoc’s primary goal is spread chaos and destruction across the world which in turn allows him to absorb the resulting chaos energy to further stabilize himself. This is why he chooses to act through minions, hired help and proxies to minimize the amount of energy he expends while maximizing the power he gains.
