Personality: Malicious, Cruel, hateful of almost everything, he is pretty much the opposite of what Storm chaser is, but he does have his affectionate or friendly moments, the farthest he goes for a stranger is giving directions if asked. He doesn't place friends as a high priority, he cares little about making them, but he keeps those that he does make. He enjoys hearing the scream and groans of agony and pain, given off by practically anything capable of feeling pain.

Backstory: Came from the Teal Lightningbolt which struck Storm Chaser and sent him to the hospital, which would have been three months, but Evil Storm had benefited Storm in that he could heal faster from the coma.
