Appearance: <p> Eyes: Bright green. Mostly holds a neutral, bored tone when she's around others </p> <p> Body: Very tall and thin for her age, with an athletic build. Runs track and field, so is limber and keeps herself in shape. Walks close to herself, but out of relaxation. </p> <p> Hair: Brown and straight below shoulder length hair. Sometimes she feels its necessary to tie it up to keep it out of her way while she's busy working or when she's transformed </p> <p> Clothing: falls more onto the neutral-masculine side of things, preferring low toned colors, shorts and pants over skirts and dresses. Doesn't mind switching over to the other side and "being girly" for a change, though she doesn't think she looks good in the aforementioned due to her build (no hips). </p> <p> Voice: lower toned with a bored, slightly irritated, somewhat forceful, almost tired sound. Doesn't stress any syllables in her words. </p>

Personality: <p> Determined. Hoshi is desperate to always muscle through with her goals, no matter the situation. This may come as a sharp contrast with the very few things she's genuinely willing to fight for, but she can be incredibly bull-headed when the situation comes to a critical point. She tends not to listen to reason even when it's deeply impressed on her, and will willingly use force to solve a difficult situation. Or if someone's obstructing her. </p> <p> Morally "ambiguous": Hoshi's main drive is to protect the innocent and those she feels are in need. She cares deeply for those around her and is willing to go to any lengths to protect them. However, she takes the opposite stance against criminals and those she feels are guilty. She will go to no small lengths to deliver "justice" to those she feels deserve it- if they wind up in a bodybag, then that's simply their fault. </p> <p> Intelligent: when she's not flying off the handle, Hoshi actually stands out as an intelligent individual. More booksmart than streetsmart, as her particular abilities and way of doing things leave her a little lacking in common sense, but she's very quick on her feet when she lands herself in a troublesome situation. Semi-proficient at fighting- learned martial arts and gymnastics from the school. </p> <p> Adores high energy moments. Backstory: <p> Hoshiko Nozomi: </p> <p> Oldest daughter of a four family house. Has a younger sister (Hana Nozomi; eight) who looks up to her and thinks the world of her. Her father (Keshi Nozumi; 35; biology researcher who travels overseas) and her mother (Aya Nozumi; 33; housewife and teacher) </p> <p>   </p> <p> Relationships: </p> <p> Thinks the world of her sister </p> <p> Respects her father and is very close to him (Is "Daddy's little girl) </p> <p> Slightly distant with her mother (Her mother is silent and feminine, which makes it hard to communicate)  </p> <p> Hoshi spent her entire life in the town of Okechi. In her local area, people are very close to each other, so it's very rare for people not to know each other and exactly what's going on. Both in the town and in the nearby schools, where Akechi and her sister both attend (High School and Elementary school, respectively). With their parents being a well known scientist and a teacher at the local school, they're particularly well known. </p> <p> Hoshi is particularly known for being a "tough" girl and a bit standoffish. In reality, she's just brutally honest- if someone gives her a direct question, she'll give a direct response. If someone tries to hold her up, she'll move around them. To her friends she tends to do the same, though there's a lot more middle ground and patience involved. Her strong personality has earned her a lot of fans who look up to her, but also a lot of enemies who absolutely despise her. Hoshi tends to be a very "polarizing" person; people either like her, or they utterly hate her face. </p> <p> Call out: <i>'Light:answer my heed!'</i> </p> <p> Her powers are connected to a star shaped pendant around her neck. If she loses the pendant, she loses her powers. </p> <p> Pendant unleashes a staff that allows her to control ambient energies (i.e light) and form them into powerful attacks. </p> <p> Increases speed, strength, reflexes, etc. </p>
