Cutie Mark: Hot Pink's cutie mark is two light pink cylindrical lit candles, one bigger than the other. Both candles have a white star on them. This cutie mark depicts Hot Pink's special talent of candle art; she makes beautiful and unique candles in various colors and shapes.

Personality: Hot Pink has an outgoing, extroverted personality and loves having as many friends around her as possible. However, she sometimes gets worn out from too much excitement. When she feels like relaxing and being alone, she spends the time working on candle art. She likes selling them or giving them to others, and especially likes making them with the help of her buddies.<br /><br />Due to her extroverted nature, she gets really stressed out when she hasn't had contact with her friends for a while. Sometimes she can get on other pony's nerves a little bit by being talking too much or not giving them enough space.<br /><br />Aside from candle making, Hot Pink loves reading. She also enjoys video games, especially action-packed ones. She listens to music but she prefers slow and peaceful songs to help her relax and concentrate while she works on creating candles.<br /><br />She is bad other types of art such as painting, but she nonetheless admires it, and sometimes buys paintings from the market to hang on her wall.

Backstory: Hot Pink lived in an isolated area near a forest with her family. To help them see at night, Hot Pink worked with her family to make candles. One day, she decided to make the candles even more beautiful by coloring the wax and adding a star pattern on it. It was then that she discovered her special talent at candle art, and a cutie mark with candles resembling the one she made appeared on her flank.<br /><br />Since then, Hot Pink worked on improving her candle designs and has made intricate works of art. However, she often felt lonely with little else besides her parents to talk to. When she was old enough, she took all her creations on a wagon and bid farewell to her parents, looking for a new place to live. Eventually, she came across Ponyville. The ponies there were very nice and she quickly discovered that she was a very sociable pony, enjoying the company of others. They bought her candles and she made enough profits to buy her own house. She loves having visitors, and she has many of her best candle creations on display in her home.
