Personality: Generally calm, laid back, and light hearted, but gets serious when the situation calls for it.

Backstory: Monsters invaded Hot Wood's city, killing or enslaving the ponies who live there. With some help, Hot Wood managed to escape. Some monsters caught up to him in a dry forest with fallen branches scattered on the ground. He rubbed his hooves against the sticks setting them on fire, then he hurled them at the monsters, driving them back. That was when he earned his cutie mark. <br />He usually carries Stick the Dragon on his back. Stick has the ability to summon sticks with his breath, supplying ammo for Hot Wood.
