Cutie Mark: It is a vibrant yellow sound wave overlapping a silver sound icon, the mark means that she has a prowess in her voice. She can temporarily shake the ground with the sheer volume, also throw it so that it seems somewhere else.
Personality: She has an instigative tendency. The phrase 'mild mannered chaos' is her favorite pastime. She eggs on arguments and takes views opposite of own just to spark that little passion within the pony that she is speaking with. Her wise-cracks and Socratic insults are just a fun way to make friends, or not. More often times than not, she tends to draw over the line like a metaphorical cross, crossing it and hurting both she and the other, splitting them in indecision. More emotionally stronger ponies come to be her friends. The lesser ones she feels sorry for, or are her enemy.

She'll do anything for a friend, unless it crosses over her work schedule. She is sincere once you get past her cryptic nonsense. She is also very generous because she lacks any loyalty or prolonged interest in the things she buys. Everything by her even bits as far as it's concerned would be lost, broken or eventually stolen. The 'better home' mentality tends to go overboard when she gives too much when her friends don't want it. In summary, She has altruistic and hedonist personality.
Backstory: Backstory. The earth ponies are prided for their extreme strength: in their numbers, in their hard work and in their physical body. This mare, however, has a bit of a strange strength. Despite her size and sleek shape, she has the ability to hum louder than every pony else. The power but not the cutie mark came to her as she began her schooling. It seemed strange to her but every often or so her classmates broke into song, compelling her to play along. Humbug wasn't a good singer. Her voice cracked like an earthquake and her words jumbled into nonsense.

She tried to practice over and over again to no avail. She ended up following to beat with "La's". Something was missing, though she got the notes right and everything. Humbug wasn't standing out, her voice was one flute in the whole ensemble of instruments when she wanted to be the drums, the metronome, the most important pony in the world... but she gave up on herself.

Her sinking depression lasted that day and night, because hormones. The morning after was take-your-daughter-to-work day and her mother, Dreamboat Star Lime, was a nurse. "Don't call her by her initials she hates that, like really really hates that." Humbug didn't understand the moment her father said that, she threw up when she found out the context but anyway... She wandered the halls because her mother was currently dealing with a quarantine situation. This meandering pony was searching for a silent spot to practice singing. Unfortunately, that was the nursery.

She sang, and the moment that was true all of the foals started crying. Humbug panicked and rushed into the nursery, which was fortunately unlocked and started to try to pacify them. She started singing but it only agitated them further. It was hopeless. For a moment or two in midst of the chaos, she gave up. Now and selfishly, she tried to calm her own self down. She hummed a made up lullaby.Everything seemed to died down, even the crying. She hummed quicker, more precise, more melodic until she heard none other than her closed mouth metronome.

"Humbug what are yo-..." DSL heard the melody and say her daughter's special talent. And that was the end of it.
