Personality: Before HB: Outgoing, Calm, sense of humor. Resourceful <br /><br />After HB: Cold, Calm, Calculating. Resourceful. Only shows his kinder side to ponies he trusts<br />

Backstory: Before he was born, his mother, Maddy Share, was experimented by a mad pony named, Scalpel Max. He injected his mother with Cobalt dragon DNA and resulted in her gaining dragon-like abilities. But due to the incompatibility between the DNA and her body, she went insane and killed Scalpel and fled his lab.<br /><br />Afterwards, Maddy birthed Hunter, who real first name was Scale Fire, due to his dragon wings. Because of this, Scale (age 7) had a hard life in Manehatten fitting in with the colts and fillies his age due to being bullied and called 'Dragon freak', sadly for him and his mom, the adults agree to this habit.<br /><br />At the age of 11, His one and only friend was a filly named Chrome Heart, a silver, pupil-less eyed white earth pony. She never saw his as a freak or a monster but see him as a 'new breed that should be welcomed'. Even though she said that that, she had a crush on Scale since kindergarten.<br /><br />At the age of 13 he and Chrome when into the forest to find a plant 'Poison Joke' for a group project but instead found a dragon egg that later became a 'son' to both ponies. The dragon egg hatched into a lesser cobalt dragon with a natural habit to hunter which both pony began to love. <br /><br />At the age of 16, a terrible accident happened to Chrome, almost leaving her died. With quick-thinking and using his dragon-traits, he manage to save Chrome by returning her to the hospital. While the doctors saved her life, Chrome fell into a coma, then a teen colt accused Scale of 'attempt murder'. When the town formed a mob to go after him, his mother, maddy, transformed into a dragon on last time to buy Hunter time to run out of town. Using his hunting abilities, he disguised a corpse of a black Colt to look like him, tricking the town’s folk giving his a window of opportunity to escape.<br /><br />1 year later, Chrome woken up from her coma, but was devastated by the news that the town ran Scale out. In her despair, the same colt now young adult tried to coat her, but refuse too as she ran to the police to tell them what happened to her a year back. But to her horror, the police replied that not only was her story was different from the submitted testimony then the 'witness' of the crime but 'Scale' was dead. After a trail of what really happened to Chrome the 'witness' was sentenced to one year in prison. Chrome, unable handle the fact that 'Scale' was dead, she later died due to a heart failure (aka broken heart).<br />Scale, who returned in disguise, learned of the Chrome's fate. After reading Chrome's final letter, he realized that he un-intently 'killed' Chrome with his fake. Heartbroken and ruined, he became indiffer to everything beside . Along with Kite, the cobalt dragon he hatched years before and rescued, it was until this day he became "Hunter Black" Huntsman of the Cobalt Flames.<br />
