Cutie Mark: A Z which stands for Zeta. It was given to him by the Princess as a code name to hide his original one.<br />Also note: He never had the cutie mark until 26 which is pretty old :L

Personality: He is different actually. He used to be depressed as hell, which gives him his neutral personality at times. But when just doing regular things, he's quite happy.

Backstory: He started life in Manehatten.<br />Back when Zeta was in school, he was quite the popular pony. He made lots of friends, his parents were very supportive of him, and he was fairly smart while doing what he wanted to. By the age of 16, he met up with a mare in highschool which stayed in a special somepony relationship till marriage. <br />The two started a life together at the age of 21, getting a good job and a good house. Sooner or later, his wife became pregnant since she wanted a few children for the two since it seemed like the perfect time. Well, truth be told it wasn't the perfect time. <br />It had been around 11 months, and Zeta's wife was getting ready to give birth to their new baby boy. She asked him to get something from the store, so he had trotted off happily down to grab what she wanted and an extra flower too. But once he exited the store, there was only peace for a moment before an explosion that shook the ground occurred.<br />Worst karma ever, the explosion originated in the same hospital wing as his wife. So Zeta quickly ran back to try and see what happened. But only a short distance before getting there, the area collapsed, taking his wife's life and unborn child with it.<br />There was no sign of the body anywhere, which made Zeta super mad. It made him so mad in fact that he pretty much went rampant and insane for the next year or two before falling into a great depression. He lost everything from there on, burning down his whole house to try and get rid of the memories he had with his wife and moved out to Ponyville where he took his money and rented an apartment.<br />From his depression, he joined in the Equestrian army to get his mind set on a different thing, which partially worked. Zeta focused more on becoming the best soldier they had and while doing so, he felt a slight bit enlightened after accomplishing the task. He became a higher end bodybuilder while in the army, and trained in hoof/hoof combat which made him an excellent fighter and a decent leader too. <br />Because of this, he was offered a high position as one of Celestia's and Luna's personal Generals, which he accepted almost instantly and headed off to Canterlot to serve under the two. When instructed to do a task, Zeta did it with ease. Whether it was an assassination attempt, all the way to leading important ponies to new areas without getting killed. It seemed like everything was doing well, then it hit him again.<br />And again<br />and again<br />and again.<br />Until the memory of his wife was brought back up in a storyline when watching TV. He pretty much flipped at that point, and had to be forced down by Tia herself by some magic bindings. Eventually, he managed to learn to deal with the loss of his wife and became pretty silent after that. He never talked unless instructed to, and would do everything he did without a smile. Zeta's life became meaningless from that point on..<br /><br />So far, Zeta tries his best with himself to stay calm and try to move on. Even after 12 years of pain, it still hurts to even come close to it. It's why he often tries to stay away from his friend Moon Wave, since it just brings his past back. Often, he has to fake his way through situations, but at least it's not as bad as other ponies who've had it rough like him.<br />Well... Maybe.<br /><br />He's still got his problems, and he may even snap again one day. Who knows..?
