Personality: Icicle is naive and kept to his own, but since he has moved to Ponyville, has developed kind and cheerful traits. However, he withholds a very important power: all of the Elements of Harmony combined.

Backstory: Icicle doesn't have a very complex backstory. Basically, Icicle started out as a normal young pony. One day, during the Cold Age of Equestria, him and his parents got stuck in a cave. Icicle was crying, and before anything happened, his hiden ability exploded. He was thawed out decades later, and was now completely blue with ice powers. After travelling a while, he found Ponyville and settled, forgetting all of his past.
