Appearance: Light white and blueish coat. Wavy dark blue and light blue mane.<br />Green eyes.

Cutie Mark: A dark gray storm cloud with a lightning bolt.

Personality: Athletic and fast, but not as fast as Rainbow Dash, Icy Storm can be competitive just like Rainbow Dash. He is determined to be just like her one day. He is the second fastest flyer in Equestria.

Backstory: Born 6-9-98, in Cloudsdale, Equestria, Icy Storm is Rainbow Dash's brother. He is also very athletic like Rainbow Dash, but not as fast as her. His human counterpart went to Canterlot High School, where he was a quarterback from 2010-2015. He is an incoming freshman at LSU.
