Personality: Due to the fact that she's a changeling, Icy Wind can tend to be very skeptical of most ponies. She's an excellent lair, which is to be expected from somepony like her. She blends in with actual ponies easily, nobody suspecting her to be evil in any way. Even though she's evil she does a good side to her, but it almost never shows.

Backstory: During the changeling attack on Canterlot, one lone changeling had been left behind. She soon decided to follow the other changelings, regardless of the fact that they told her not to. By the time she arrived in Canterlot, all the other changelings were long gone, although she didn't know why. She decided it would be best to try to blend in and avoid suspicion rather than try to track down the other changelings. She came up with a simple disguise for herself, along with a new name to fit her new appearance. She moved to Ponyville, unable to afford a place to live in Canterlot. To this day she still lives in Ponyville, doing various jobs just to get bits so she can continue living with ponies and avoiding getting caught.
