Appearance: Oakley is an average height male boxer, standing at 5' ft 7" inches with a build liken that of a troll. With thick muscled arms, chest, shoulders and neck. While his lower half is thinner, shorter more suited to those who would work the caverns and mines of the Diamond Dog kingdom. His lower jaw sticks forward with a slight underbite to show rows of white canines. While his club tail is missing with a short stump where the tail once was, with a bit of matted fur covering the stump. The years have weighted onto the middle aged dog, leaving him slightly more bent, with a round gut and scars from fights won and lost. His eyes, a dim or fogged blue shady shows years of wisdom gained, the irises are serpent like in appearance.<br /><br />His coat, a short, thick mix of light to dark brown with stained white, patches of ashen black and grey that seemed to refuse to be washed out. Patches of fur miss from scars won, and burn marks brought upon by hours spent working the many rows of forges. His claws are dulled, slightly rounded but thick and strong seemingly shaped and made to rack and dig away at stone and dirt pulling back the lairs of earth to reveal the hidden gems and ores hidden within.<br /><br />Oakley, has forgone the vest or nicer clothes that others of his race may wear, instead he prefers to wear a heavy, leather smithy apron, with thick belted strips that run around the back of his neck and lower back where the lower is buckled in place. The collar around Oakley's neck is made of thick black leather covered in brass quarter sized rings and smaller, round cut sugilite, a gem that's a plum coloring with veined black and white mixed into the purple coloring. While there is a ring in the front of the collar, there is no tag to be seen. Beneath the bottom strap of the apron is a wide, brown leather belt lined with sheep fur along the inner back part of the belt which serves as a brace as well as a tool belt. Random tools and equipment often hangs off the belt and apron.<br /><br />Hidden beneath the heavy leather apron worn by Oakley, a brand in the shape of a open, grasping claw liken that of a griffon or possible a dragon's claw reaching toward the design of a diamond or other gem cut into the commonly seen diamond shape. The brand looks to be old and likely has been there for most of his life.

Personality: Oakley is a quiet, hard working dog, he isn't often open to voicing his troubles or problems related to work and or life. When approached and questioned on the matter, he will normally work to change the subject or give a simple answer with little to no real useful information. Often claiming a simple mind and age causing him to have trouble with retaining greater details on the matter approached. <br /><br />When not approached about work or parts of his life, he is more willing to talk and interact with groups or gathers. Which isn't often as his appearance and the fact he is a diamond dog has made it a bit troubling to make lasting friends. As well as his age, which he just can't always seem to connect to the younger dogs or ponies he meets. <br /><br />Greed... Like all diamond dogs, or even other breeds of the dog race like his self, he can at times become a bit greedy around gems. His age has helped him to control his greed, as well as a steady income of raw lower grade gems. His greed has been kept in check and allowed him to live a more steady life outside of diamond dog territory.
