Appearance: Intredus is a dark green colour. He's around the right size for his age, not too big not too small. His mane is a dirty, or dark blond colour. His mane is also short and smooth. Being the sophisticated kind of person he is he combs it often. His tail is short as well, and hangs down a little bit.

Cutie Mark: Intredus' cutie mark is a chess piece. A King chess piece to be exact. It was originally thought to be associated with chess. Be more then that. Since chess is usually used as an embodiment of strategy itself, they discovered, (meaning his sister and him) that it meant for strategy in general. Not just chess. This cutie mark has proven appropriate a thousand times over throughout his life.

Personality: Intredus is a very caring character when it comes to people he knows well. He's fairly blunt, but he considers it better to tell exactly what you think then to lie about something. He's generally very calm and doesn't raise his voice. Rarely smiles either, which could possibly be due to an unfortunate event that happened when he was younger, or just his own personality. He generally shuts himself in his room pouring over old books and records. He's an avid studier and very logical and reasonable. He is a master strategist and hasn't ever lost a chess game, which is one of his favorite pass times. He often looks quite bored, but he can react a little more emotionally in certain situations.

Backstory: Ever since Intredus was young, he never really took much interest in the active things many of the other ponies around his age and life were doing. He prefers to keep to himself and his family members, meaning his mother and sister. He would rather stay indoors in the library then go outside during recess at school. So as you can guess he was made fun of for being a book worm, but he was a master at chess and strategy. (Which in the end revealed his cutie mark.) This was how he got by the bullies, because he knew they wouldn't last long once they left school anyways. Unfortunately there were several things that altered his life forever. First, his father left when he was only around 6 or 7. From there, he decided to move on and give up on his father. However this was only a factor in something that would really change his life. When he was 14, he and his sister found their mother dead at the edge of Ponyville, and the only other person around was Fractal Renegade standing beside their mothers body. That was the first time Intredus truly lost his cool. However it wasn't what you might expect. His sadness overcame any anger he felt towards Fractal, and he became something quite different then he usually appears. He was unable to control himself from crying and being sad. The only thing that snapped himself back into reality was that his sister was still alive, and needed his help. He then took up the role as guardian, or parent, of his sister since he was the only family member she had left, and managed to stay strong. He advised his sister against seeking revenge of Fractal Renegade. So from that day forward he was far older in mind then body. He still wonders though, what exactly happened to his mother those years ago.
