Appearance: Invictus' main colour for her body is a dark navy blue colour. She looks rather gloomy but not to the point of being goth or emo. She has a black, long smooth mane. It would look similar to Chrysalis' in that it's long and comes down near her eyes, but not necessarily over. Her tail is long and drags on the ground a little bit, and it's also black.

Cutie Mark: Invictus' cutie mark looks like a white star faintly shining in the dark. This is because her talent is meant to be seeing the bright side of things. Unfortunately, something in her changed after a certain event took place in her life involving a certain risk-taking pony. Ever since she has rarely seen the positive part in things around her. The only time she ever thinks positively is for herself. Even then that doesnt always work. Some people think though, that it means inside that dark and gloomy pony, there's an emotional and sensative core.

Personality: Her personality matches her appearance well. Her usual personality is very dark and rather negative. She's very emotional about things and can sometimes be very aggressive, but half the time this is her just being protective of herself and the people she cares about. In a tight spot she can be very quick thinking and smart, but sometimes those quick thinkings aren't entirely thought out well. She holds a very strong grudge for other ponies if they did something to her and she does not easily let go. Sometimes her emotions blind her from seeing the truth in things.

Backstory: Invictus has a rather sad backstory. When she was younger, about 12, she found her mother dead near the edge of ponyville, and there was one person there. Fractal Renegade. She immediately blamed him for her mother's death because he was the only one there who could possibly have done it. At least from her assumptions. Ever since she has loathed Fractal Renegade, and has wanted to seek revenge, but she was always stopped from doing it by her brother. She still hates him to this day 5 years later.<br />She has a brother name Intredus, and he has often been the sort of person to take over after the death of their only remaining parent. But we are focused on Invictus here. Invictus' father left them when she was very young. Around 4 or 5. She's always wondered why he left, and greatly dislikes him for leaving her like that. You can imagine just how much stronger her hatred became after the death of her mother. Before her mother died she was a fairly positive person. She was a light in the dark as her cutie mark suggested when it came to difficult times. This completely changed though when her mother died. However, some believe her cutie mark represents her in a different way. Some think it means that no matter how dark and gloomy she looks ands sometimes acts, she has a very emotional inner personality, which is something you don't find often in ponies like her.
