Personality: JT is normally calm and collected. He doesn't really like to engage in a fight unless it's to defend someone else, and doesn't like to engage in conversation all that much, and likes to be on his own.<br /><br />However, that all changes once he enters the battlefield. In a fight, he's ruthless, and does his best to defeat the opponent in the most non-lethal, yet forceful way possible. <br /><br />As well, he does have his way of out thinking, and out maneuvering his opponent. He also does the same with criminals he catches. Even going as far as acting undercover to lull the criminal in a false sense of security before arresting them.<br /><br />When he does interact with others, he's friendly, and has the tendency to use metaphors when talking that may be difficult for others to understand, but is quick to have an answer to a question that's asked if him.<br /><br />However, sometimes he may be a bit too quick to rush to the defense of others. Just as well, he doesn't normally think before acting if he feels as though he should do something. As well, he can be very naive without even realizing it if he's not fighting, or focused on one thing in particular.

Backstory: In the land of Griffonstone a griffon was orphaned at a young age. He was found just outside of the city, and was taken in at an orphanage. He had no idea who his parents were or what his name was. All he knew was that he had a sack, presumably from his father, and a note that read, "When the time is right, you'll know who you are. Travel, and reach for the stars." He didn't know what it meant at the time, and lived in an orphanage for a few years. While living there, he was bullied heavily, and saw griffons bullying and mistreating each other. He always felt that he should've been the one to step up, and defend others, but couldn't because of his small size and how shy he was. <br /><br />Eventually, at the age of 12, he decided to leave his hometown via sneaking out of the orphanage, and travel Equestria in order to find out who he really was. Not knowing his own identity caused major issues for him as a kid, because he wanted to figure out his purpose in life. As he traveled, he continued to witness things happening to others, such as being robbed or beaten, that he wished he could have prevented. It made very bad memories of his younger times in his hometown, and he almost wanted to run and never stop running.<br /><br />However, that changed when he read the note that came from his father. The note gave him the willpower he needed to keep going, so he did. He looked in the sack he had with him in his travels. It contained his father's old weapons: A Gladius, two tomahawks, and a leg sheath with 6 throwing knives. He had no idea what they were for, so he continued his search for an answer, and eventually found it. One day, he found a solution to his problem of not being able to help others: martial arts training. He visited the city of Manehattan, where he enrolled in a martial arts class. He studied several different styles of fighting to defend himself, and defend others. Since he didn't know what his name was, his trainer gave him a name, "JT". (In reality it stood for "Just Training.") His trainer found that he had weapons with him, and decided to train him in the art of using his weapons effectively.<br /><br />After 10 years of intense training with his weapons, and martial arts, he had completed his training, and prepared to travel Equestria again. Unfortunately, he had no idea what he would do next in his life, so his trainer suggested that he entered the Equestrian tournaments.<br /><br />After giving it some thought, he realized this was his chance. The opportunity he had to, "reach for the stars," like the note his father had left him with said. So he did. When he was 22, he traveled all around Equestria and fought in several tournaments, and became famous for his signature move, the Furyclaw, a move that he had learned in his training. Which led to him taking on the full name, JT Furyclaw.<br /><br />From there,he retired from martial arts tournaments, and signed up to be a Traveling Equestrian Officer (TEO). Having a decent level of experience with weapons and combat, he was a great addition to the TEOs. Once he passed the test, he is now able to legally apprehend anyone committing a serious crime. He felt that this would be a great way to put his abilities to use. He would fight only when necessary, and protect others.<br /><br />However, to this day he's trying to figure out who he really is. He's hoping to find some answers down the road in his life, but whether or not he does is a whole different story.
