Cutie Mark: His Cutie mark is a Shooting star, he's always aiming for the stars, past the skies of Cloudsdale.

Personality: He is a fun-loving, always active and willing to help pegasus with a small advantage of knowledge of water, physics, and technology...Also great at acting or voice acting, mimicing almost any noise/pony/thing. He's a Blank Flank [even though he has a cutie mark but hasn't fulfilled it yet] with Freakazoid Attributes in the New Lunar Republic while being a spy for the Discordian Empire and in worship for the Faith of the Fausticorn

Backstory: He was originally a normal pony, going to school, playing games and used to race all the time.(being slightly slower than Rainbow Dash and not able to hit the speed of sound but still fast enough to make a one-pony tornado, but not easy to control) After he Graduated CloudHigh, he now has a job as an uknown voice actor on youtube known as (bluemansonic) wanting to get more reputation...But one day, (he was enjoying his rare weather in Texas) he went in the rain and had felt this sudden calming presence in the rain that gave him a natural attunement with rain (he can control rain movement like a water bender and shapeshift, but [to not make him all powerful]he only does it in either desperate needs or just for 2 seconds of fun [no more, he's a VERY limited elemental so please don't think of him as a Mary Sue or whatever, please])then he went adventuring to all these strange worlds...(where the intro of each of these roleplays are, all starting differently)
