Personality: Goodnatured, Honest, Purehearted, Noble, Courageous, Cheerful, and Naive. An all-around good guy. Kai is known for his cheerful, energetic personality and his love of competition; specifically sport fighting and eating. He will eat anything. Kai enjoys finding strong opponents and fighting with them. He has remarkable intuition at seeing the good in others in spite of their actions, though his capacity for forgiving his enemies has occasionally been criticized as excessive; Kai, for the most part, only fights to win, and spares his enemies after defeating them only for them to attack him when his back is turned. His staggering power is simultaneously reined in and enhanced by his fierce loyalty and morality. Though Kai can also be very plainspoken at times and socially challenged, and not afraid to express a very blunt sounding opinion in a discussion. However, Despite his kind-hearted nature, Kai can feel incredible anger in cases of extreme turmoil, such as the death of a close friend/relative, or when somepony murders many innocents needlessly. He has a simple, practical view of the world and is somewhat naive to the world around him. Because of this, many ponies incorrectly assume him to be somewhat stupid, although once he has a basic understanding of things, he learns very quickly. His most remarkable ability is his will to succeed, his tenacity and persistence. He is always determined to push himself beyond his limitations and never give up even when the odds are stacked against him.<br /><br />Kai is pure of heart, possessing no negative feelings or thoughts. He is also portrayed to be very innocent as a colt, because of growing up in the mountains and not having met anyone other than his adoptive grandfather till he was an adult.

Backstory: Kai Chi was a lower class extraterrestrial pony that was sent to destroy Equestria. His father, was disappointed when his power level was only 2.<br /><br />When he was sent to Equestria, he bumped his head and got a case of amnesia. He was purehearted from then on. He was adopted by an elderly pony, who was his first trainer. But he accidentally killed his "grandfather" when he turned into a werepony by looking into the moonlight.
