Appearance: Kato is a baby dragon with sharpened spikes and tiny wings on her back. She is pale red with purple spikes, crimson eyes, and a black underbelly.

Personality: Kato is Bubbles's foil; her opposite. She sees things for what they are, and can be negative sometimes. She is surprisingly mature for her age, and can take care of herself if need be. She is somewhat prone to greed, however.

Backstory: Bubbles and her twin sister Kato were born of the same egg, yet seemed to be two completely different dragons. The two of them often did not get along, with the two of them getting annoyed with each other and fighting. They have somewhat made up recently, but still have their differences.
