Personality: He is often rude,egotistical, and very self centered. He doesn't like making new friends, he prefers to scare anypony who he sees wandering the forest. Since he hardly leaves he is only friends with the bats and a few other creatures of the forest, and he would defend his friends if they fall into danger, and will help them with whatever they might need.

Backstory: He was born in ponyville to a pair of pegasi but a year later, in a freak lightning accident, were sadly killed. He went to live in the ponyville orphanage. A few years later, he finally decided to find his destiny, and he felt like he would find it in the everfree forest. One night, he snuck out of the orphanage to explore the forest. He walked around, until he came across a family of vampire fruit bats, and he flew up into the tree to talk to them, they spent a majority of the evening talking, until young kaymen started feeling tired. The bats suggested he lived in the castle of the two sisters, after all some of the bats did. He lived in the castle for most of his life, he had officially become what they called "the pony of shadows" or, half of what they knew as it, he hadn't started the rumor, but he renewed it. And he hated being called that, so he decided to become that which would scare them, the so called "pony of shadows". Years passed, seasons 1-3 happened.... Then one day, six fillies, which had been there plenty of times before, but this time they started remodeling, kaymen did not appreciate that....but he felt something different about them from most others. He didn't want to scare them off, so he just flew off into the forest. So now, he lived in the forest, amongst his bat friends
