Backstory: An unknown archaeologist who uncovered Clarent, the sword in the stone, in 1929, went insane as the sword "spoke" to him, telling him to "find the others." He now thinks he is a king, destined to rule over all of mankind. He slew his entire dig crew because they "wanted to take the swords away." In WWII, Nazis apprehended him while he was wandering in his confused state and took his swords away. That night, he broke the bars on his metal cell and ripped through them with his bare hands to get to his swords.
