Personality: King of Magikarps is quite the joker, he hardly takes anything seriously and loves a good laugh. Music is very important to him, and that's why he likes Vinyl Scratch so much.<br />KoM can be deep when the situation calls for it and is surprisingly good at critical thinking for one as joke prone as he is. <br />In general, KoM is a friendly, fun-loving, colt who's up for an adventure.

Backstory: King of Magikarps comes from a long line of powerful unicorns. He was given his name when he proved to be the first in his family to fail a magic test as a foal. His family saw the name as a way to humiliate and mock their failure of a son, but he turned it on its head. With his unique name, he was easily remembered and quickly became famous for being cunning, funny, boisterous, and an avid Vinyl Scratch fan. He earned his cutie mark after confronting his disapproving parents when he went to a DJ Pon3 concert. They had attempted to use their magic to stop the show, but KoM had stopped them using a magic more powerful than either of them were capable of producing. <br />King of Magikarps is called King'o or Kom for short and his friends call him Magik. KoM owns a store famous for always having the best music in all of Ponyville. Although he doesn't like to admit it, KoM also has a law degree and passed the Equestrian Bar Exam after being pressured to "get a real job" by his parents.
