Personality: <p> Lieutenant "Shakedown" Shockwave is hardened but kind to those who deserve his kindness, loyal to Princess Luna, gentle towards foals, does his job by the book, doesn't tolerate excessive force (unless necessary), and will punish any lawbreaker within his power of the law.  </p>

Backstory: <p> He is a hardened stallion, having grown up on the streets as an orphan, joining a gang as a young colt, rising to the ranks of leader until he was found by Princess Luna and was brought into her care. When he had turned of age, he decided to use his streetsmarts and strength for good, thus joining the Royal Equestrian Night Guard, and over the years, fighting against the Changelings and King Sombra's horde of slaves, rising up to the rank of Lieutenant and now Luna's personal guard. </p>
