Personality: A wise-cracker who usually tries to get his opinion in no matter what and mostly layed back and doesn't let minor things get to him. He highly dislikes anything that doesn't make any sense what so ever. He also feels like he so help out anypony in need.

Backstory: One of the weather mangers of Trottingham who likes video games a lot. (depending on the RP) He got transferred to Ponyville (or where ever RP takes place.) because there's too many mangers in Trottingham.
