Personality: he's nice he is the opposite of shy when he meets another pony he is always the first pony to talk

Backstory: Lightning Flare was born in Cloudsdale, his parents were really nice to him he was a only child so he didn't have a older brother or sister ruining his play dates.He had a good childhood until his father told him that he always wanted to be a Wonderbolt but they rejected him. Lightning Flare one day was flying really high when it started to get hard to breath and he couldn't fly anymore. He flapped his wings so hard he started to go up he was sweating but so got his balance that second there was a glowing from his flank and a pony inhaling appeared and then he started to fly home
