Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a spinning street car wheel wit ha blue lightning bolt over the top of it, signifying his love for street racing and speed.

Personality: Lightning Rider, while a rather feminine stallion can be pretty strong when it calls for it. He is loyal to his family and friends, and would rather a diplomatic solution rather than a violent one to any problem that may arise. He is also very gentle and caring.

Backstory: Lightning had always had a love for legal street racing, as his father was a legal street racer until he had been involved in an accident which nearly took his life, causing him to retire to look after Lightning. Lighting had grown up watching all of his father's races and enjoying every moment of it, the speed, the excitement and the dangers, he discovered his love for street racing when he was 7 years old and was taken to see his first race with his father. To support his love for his Hellcat Challenger, he took up two jobs, one being at a street car store and the other at a music store, as he had started a band named Discordance with some of his friends from school.<br /><br />He is the lead guitarist and vocalist for Discordance, and their influences range from Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, SOiL, Live, Staind and other hard rock bands.
