Appearance: He has a purple coat, indigo alicorn hooves, Vinyl Scratch's mane and tail, sky blue mane and tail, red eyes, and a yellow lightning bolt as a cutie mark!

Cutie Mark: Yellow Lightning Bolt, Why? Because he is fast as lightning!

Personality: He is very fast, I mean VERY FAST! He can do a sonic rainboom, though... he doesn't call it that. He calls it a Lightning Strike! When he does this, the sky gets cloudy and it starts to Lighning, and he leaves a trail of yellow lightning behind him (Just like Lightning Dust) He is also VERY talkative and loves to hang out with his friends!

Backstory: He was born and raised in Cloudsdale. He had a wonderful life, but it just wasn't right. When he got older, he than left his parents and went to live in Ponyville. There he lives in a small cottage, near Sugar Cube Corner. He works at the weather patrol, clearing clouds away! He also meet Rainbow Dash there... They have been best friends for as long as he could remember! Life has been successful ever since!
