Appearance: She is very messy, and is usually wearing something strange. (I.E. A clown hat, a polka dotted saddle, anything weird.)

Personality: She is extremely random and is very active. She likes to hula hoop a lot, bouncing around and pretty much anything that could make noise of any sort.

Backstory: Looptyhoop is being homeschooled, and lives with her parents normally but stays with her older sister Purplepower one week of every month. She enjoys making noise of any kind for the sake of being annoying.
