Cutie Mark: It's cutie mark is a an encyclopedia with a crescent moon on it.<br /><br />It represents his knack for learning and his love for the night.

Personality: He is usually cool and even tempered on the outside, but this is a farce if he gets pushed enough he responds explosive and emotionally.<br /><br />He enjoys reading, star gazing, sword play, and is bad about asking to many questions.

Backstory: He was raised in canterlot by his unicorn libarian mother and nightguard earthpony father. His mother gave him much to read as a child and his father was determined to have him join the nightguard in his hoofsteps. He followed both paths avidly eventually being accepted into the unicorn academy after he learned his talent for information and became an avid student soon after having a fight with a couple of young colts at the school after they where teasing him. His father sent him to the canterlot guard school and upon turning 16 he signed up for the new position of Luna's bodyguards in the nightguard when the position became avoidable much to his father's delight, he slowly grew to gain a great respect for the princess of the night and is currently on leave from his duty, which the bodyguards do regular to cycle between fresh ponies so the nightguards are alert at all times. Despite his break he still wishes to please princess luna to the best of his ablities.
