Appearance: Her coat is a light blue (#b0dbec) and her mane a dark red with a slight pink hue (#950e2d). Her mane hangs down to her shoulders, cutting off in a casually cut edge. It loops around her horn, adding a large tuft over her head that looks as if it might have been hair sprayed. Her eyes are light gray. She frequently wears a black cape, but occasionally leaves it at home due to her self-consciousness.

Personality: Cape is generally a shy pony, but she constantly strives to be friendly to others. She is very argumentative and rarely changes her opinions, but she is able to refrain from overwhelming ponies with differing opinions. Being quite lazy, she rarely sets out to do a good amount of work and often only scrapes by. On the few instances when she does decide to pull her act together, Cape does well--until she gives up, which will inevitably happen within short time.

Backstory: Cape grew up in Manehattan and considers it to be her hometown, but has done a bit of travelling and is not quite sure how accurate that statement is. She moved to Ponyville when she was about 10 (in the human equivalent of whatever pony years are) years old and, while the change was upsetting at first, quickly grew to love the quaint village and its warm community. She was a very quiet schoolfilly, attracting few friends but enjoying the company of those she did. Cape is now in that awkward stage between filly and mare, and finds herself surprisingly comfortable in it.
