Personality: Kind to other ponies, but very, very socially awkward. Mayonnaise can make any situation more awkward just by being there. Also excessively clumsy due to mayonnaise falling under her hooves causing her to slip a lot.

Backstory: Mayonnaise was born to a poor family. While Mayonnaise's mother was pregnant they ran into a food shortage, but they found a large cache of mayonnaise. So that's all Mayonnaise's mother ate while pregnant causing her daughter to have a birth defect in which her mane and tail were made of pure mayonnaise that regenerated just like any other bodily fluid. Mayonnaise got bullied at school due to her differences and wanted nothing more than to be home-schooled. Due to her parents lack of education and shortage of money to hire a tutor this was made impossible. After dropping out of high school Mayonnaise set up her mayonnaise cart and has been happily selling her mane and tail to unknowing customers ever since.
