Appearance: A White and pink zegasus (zebra Pegasus hybrid) The rest you can see for yourselves :)

Cutie Mark: A waved horizontal rainbow, outside the rainbow are music notes and decorative swirls. The music notes represents Melody's passion for singing and music (talent and ambition) and the rainbow represents the zony's colourful, kind, bubbly and 'unique' personality (see below)

Personality: Melody is a rather 'odd' zony to say the least. She is a high-spirited, enthusiastic character. her bubbly personality can normally lead to wreckage! (she is extremely clumsy). She is a comic, and yet very wise (normally confuses everypony with random moments of wisdom)

Backstory: Being a zegasus, Melody never fit in growing up in Cloudsdale. this caused Melody to be constantly bullied throughout her elementary school years. the constant reminder of indifference caused Melody to dye her coat at age 10, but that didn't last long (cheap coat dye isn't exactly preferred to permanently dye your coat). At the age of 14 she transferred to a school in Ponyville (after Zecora's encounter thank Celestia). as the years grew her personality developed to form her true self, and she loved it.
