Cutie Mark: A shield with a crescent moon on it. symbolising him being a guard of the night, and respectively, Luna.

Personality: serious while on the job, but kind and fun when not.

Backstory: As a young stallion living in Canterlot he would constantly be awake at night. Midnight would usually spend time looking out the window at the night sky. One day he would sneak out to walk around at night. While on his adventure, he would notice guards chasing a stallion who had stolen bits from a shop, as midnight witnessed this he decided to roll a nearby barrel into the path of the thief, letting the guards catch him after he had fallen down. It was then that one of the guards had pointed out his cutiemark before thanking him and walking him back to his home (and very angry mother). when midnight turned 18 he joined the royal guards and would watch the night. however when Luna returned, he was appointed to be a guard under her command. with this she magically granted him wings.
