Personality: Noriko is generally friendly. She can be a tad manipulative at times, but she's still friendly. She can be sarcastic, too. She has a strong sense of Justice.

Backstory: Noriko grew up in Oatsaka, Neighpon. When she got older she moved to the bustling city of Tokyuma.
