Personality: Mr. Grey is somewhat pompous, but not over the top. He does have a lot of money though, and he isn't afraid to use it. He loves his coffee in the morning, and his wine or chardonnay at night. Only the best brands for this high class pony.<br />Despite what many people may think upon first impression, Mr Grey is a family man. Taking care of his family is his number one priority. This also causes him to not want to do anything (except for his business) unless he is doing it with his wife.

Backstory: Mr Grey is one of the higher class citizens of Canterlot, and is married to Mrs Grey. He grew up among the middle class of manehattan, and looked to the higher class as his role models, vowing he'd be successful like them. He succeeded. Nopony knows what his job is, and he tends to want to keep it that way, as if the wrong person found out, it could be disastrous for his family. Truth is, he is the head business figure (you could say owner) of the Royal Guard. He conducts all business affairs for them in private. Because of his position, he works with Princesses Celestia and Luna on a constant basis, became friends with Shining Armor before he moved out, and is very eager to meet the newly crowned Princess Twilight.
