Species: Unicorn

Appearance: Orange coat and auburn mane, both usually flecked with soot. Currently no tail, as she has lost it in a magical accident. She has very short eyelashes, since she has a tendency to burn them off. Her eyes were originally hazel, but have turned almost silver from years of staring into flames.<br />She usually wears the red, orange and black robes of the Canterlot Pyromancer order.

Cutie Mark: A flaming serpent, biting its own tail, symbolizing her talent of sensing and manipulating the neverending flow of energy in all things, especially thermal energy.<br />This makes it easy for her to manipulate fire, though she has troubles igniting an initial flame.

Personality: Cheerful and and insincere to a fault, Muspel is the very image of the fickle-minded pyromancer, common in the minds of the more senior members of the Canterlot Magic Academy.

Backstory: Born just a couple of years prior to the Founding, Muspel was one the first fortunates to grow up in the emerging new nation of Equestria.<br />When her magic potential was discovered, she was enrolled in the Magic Academy of Canterlot, where she quickly drifted towards the pyromancer order.
