Appearance: Rather dark blue skin, a black mane, brown eyes. Covers his eyes with a black blindfold.

Cutie Mark: Drifting mist/fog tinted with black and dark green. Means that he is gifted with dark magic.

Personality: A man of few words, The Strange One shuts himself in from others, and rarely goes out in the day(2-3 times a week unless he's doing something significant). In the night, he randomly goes out and strolls around his sector of The Crystal Empire. Not intimidated easily, but determined at everything he does. Some might say that he is autistic. He is blind but can use his powers to see just for an instant. He has a very good sense of direction.

Backstory: Born in the North to the Blackmane family, Myst grew up experimenting with dark magic and such. He never had many friends in school, and became known as the strange one. He went to Celestia's magic school, but soon got transferred to one of Nightmare Moon's former acolytes for private tutoring. After being educated, he went back to The Crystal Empire, where he lives.
