Backstory: Neerah is currently the last of her kind. She grew up in a distant land, the land of her heritage. She was raised by her, and was trained in the powers and traditions of the necrocorns. When she was a young mare, her mother finally died, but begged her daughter with her dying breath, to find a way to realease their people. Neerah gave her word and watched her mother die. She made her way to Equestria, where the war had began and ended. Arriving there, she realized she needed to blend in, so she used her magic to disguise herself as an ordinary unicorn. She travelled the land learning what she could. She finally found herself in Canterlot, where she met Grayson Stone. He was a young upstaring inventor, and he was very charming. Before she realized what had happened, she had fallen for him. He had also grown an interest in her, and they began a relationship. Soon they were married. Neerah was madly in love. Soon they had a son which she named Malik after her father. She soon realized what the implications of his half necrocorn blood could be and she immediately began working to do everything she could to hide it. Things worked out and she was happy. But she never forgot the promise she made to her mother. She secretly trained Malik and helped him hone his powers. She didnt like keeping it alla secret from her love, but she felt as though she had no choice. Eventually though, he discovered the truth. He told her to take her son and go. She was devastated. She took Malik and ran. That night in the forest, she was surprised to see Grayson. She hoped he had reconsidered and come back for them. She was wrong. He banished her to a space pocket where she sat for twenty years in bitterness and sorrow and pain. <br />
