Appearance: Nevermore is deep blue in color, with amber eyes and darker blue points on her ears, muzzle, and legs. Her mane and tail are the same dark blue as her ears, with silver streaks throughout. Her hair naturally falls in waves. Structurally, she is a taller pony. She has light feathering on her legs, though she has a slender build.

Cutie Mark: Nevermore has a cutie mark of a raven in flight.

Personality: Unlike the poem that inspired her namesake might suggest, Nevermore is not a gloomy pony. Though dark in appearance, she has a good sense of humor and is very outgoing. She is intellegent, but very down to earth and friendly. Her downfall is her ego, which occasionally goes unchecked.

Backstory: Nevermore was born in Cloudsdale, and raised among the Pegasi of the city. She was called to Canterlot when she received her cutie mark, and recruited as a guard for the princess. After she retired from that post, she went to start a new life in Ponyville.
