Personality: A quiet shy pony who barely speaks, maybe like Fluttershy but even quieter than her. He has trouble with social interaction, which is the reason he is quiet all the time.<br /><br />Also, He wants to be like pegasus-to soar in the sky freely with no limitation. Therefore created a propeller device that allows him to fly in the air and sit on the cloud, just like pegasus.
