Appearance: For the ones that can't seem see the picture.She is a white mare pegasus with a light blue mane and tail (Much like ice.) and have the eyes with the same colors.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a nuclear symbol,colored in ice-color.She get it when she flyed rapidly over Ponyville with a fast speed (See Backstory.)

Personality: She is interested in Geography and History.She tend to be friendly with his neighbourhood and she is trying to be the most polite she can be.

Backstory: She was borned in a very small village near Everfree by two pegasus but were transported to an orphanage for an unknown reason.She didn't remember her parents except his adoptives ones.This time one pegasus (mare) and one unicorn (stallion).She then learned to fly at school and she was not liked by his classmates.His classmates found here too annoying.Her only friend was two others pegasus that were in the same case as she was.She then get her Cutie Mark when flying extremly rapidly over a forest.In this flight she wasn't feeling good and during it,his cutie mark appeared the same time of the curse.She was then transported to the horsepital (Yes,Horsepital.) and doctors said that she were the target of an natural radioactive plant.Which boosted here speed,but also did high physics damage to him.She then leaved her parents to live in Ponyville with his friends.Where she mets somes new friends (Again.).
