Appearance: Chalk-white fur, black mane, and purple eyes with a piercing gaze. She wears a nurse's hat and a red legband with "MEDIC" written on it.

Cutie Mark: A black medical cross, twisted to resemble an "X", denoting her corrupted approach to medicine.

Personality: Nurse Ironcross is as cold as the iron in her name. Incredibly heartless and emotionless to a robotic degree. Or at least, she tries to be. She's generally completely emotionless, but this façade gives way to a very bitter individual who is quick to anger, and easily embarrassed.<br /><br />Ironcross is an example of the worst bedside manner. She's a competent medic, and could be a doctor if she wanted to, but she is just so impersonal with her approach. She treats curing patients as if she were fixing a machine, caring nothing for any pain she might be inflicting.<br /><br />She's got little in the way of patience, and she can't stand it when her patients squirm too much or complain. She expects everypony to sit still and be quiet while she does her work. She's also prone to losing her composure and her stone-cold demeanour is easily broken by embarrassment.<br /><br />Her abilities mainly revolve around her talent for medicine, and as such she specialises in medical and healing spells. She has little in the way of physical strength and prefers to avoid the front lines, instead acting as support.

Backstory: It's not really known who she is or where she came from. Nopony knows her backstory but her. It is knows that she suddenly showed up in a Canterlot hospital with a desire to begin work there. She was a capable nurse and good at her craft, but it became apparent that her methods were a little... heavy-hoofed. Her coldhearted methods and nasty attitude meant she was dismissed from her job.<br /><br />She bounced around from hospital to hospital all over Canterlot, then over other cities, with similar results. No place wanted to keep a pony with such little regard for her patients' happiness. Red October, however, was looking for a medic, and one with an axe to grind against Canterlot was just what he was looking for.
