Cutie Mark: A stitched-open eye, which represents his soothsaying powers and his complete inability to control them. He obtained it at a very young age, after his first vision.

Personality: With the general lack of control he has over his powers, he's pretty high-strung and prone to spells of introversion and irritableness, especially when suffering all-too-common headaches. <br /><br />Still, overall, he's a well-meaning and friendly enough individual.

Backstory: Despite his initial appearance, Oracle is actually a unicorn, born with a genetic quirk that left him without a horn. His innate magic is still there though, and it manifests itself as telekinesis, random visions, and mind-reading abilities that he has a lot of difficulty channeling or even controlling. It tends to get worse when he's especially emotional. <br /> <br />The exception to this is that he can get a vague idea of what others are thinking if they're close by and thinking about it hard enough, which is why his chosen profession is at a soothsayers' tent at a circus.
